Our payment procedure:
Payment in full is due within 7 days of the order date for all stock orders, back
orders, and special orders. In the absence of further communication and amended agreement,
we will simply cancel any order for which payment has not been received. For custom orders,
1/2 of the total amount is due within 7 days of the order date and payment in full is due
when the order is ready for shipment.
Payments accepted:
We do not accept any credit cards. Payments must be made by cashier's check, money order,
or personal check (allow time to clear). With the prices we offer, we cannot afford any
credit card fees. Our operation is uncomplicated and we keep our overhead and prices as
low as possible.

Sales tax:
We are required to charge 6.1% sales tax to Arizona residents.
Cancellation policy:
If you choose to cancel your order and we have not yet incurred any labor or material
costs relative to your specific order, we will refund 100% of your payment. If we have
incurred costs, such as building a shipping container, etc., those costs will be deducted
from your refunded payment. We will be fair about any such deductions and itemize them
for your records. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
Guarantee:
All of our doors are handmade and inspected throughout the construction process. They are
again thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. We will never ship a door that has any
workmanship defects.
Mesquite has natural imperfections which help create its beauty and your doors will have these.
Rustica will have more than fina - - but imperfections are present in all doors. These
imperfections are desirable, characteristic of mesquite wood and are not defects in workmanship.
Quantity discounts:
Price discounts for quantity purchases will be given to a single buyer with a single
shipping destination. It is fine for you and your neighbors to get together
and order doors for each of you, to get the best pricing. However, you must have
a single "designated" buyer and all doors must ship together to one location. Quantity
discounts do not require all doors be the same style or size. You can mix and match.
Door finish:
 The doors shown as examples on the price list pages have been finished with oil or
urethane products to show the beauty of finished mesquite wood. The doors you receive
will be unfinished and will resemble the picture to the left. When a finish is applied
to mesquite, the emergence of vibrant color and character is almost startling.
