back orders:
A back order is any of our standard 3'0" x 6'8" door styles of which we are currently out
of stock. Delivery time for back orders varies depending on when our replacement stock for
that door style is completed. Allow 2 to 8 weeks.
special orders:
Our definition of a special order is any style of door in our standard line that is
purchased in a size other than 3'0" x 6'8". This could be interior doors that are
narrower or entry doors which are larger. If it is a standard style, we have the templates
and prices don't vary substantially from our entry door prices. Email
danny@mesquitedoor.com for quotes. Because we
don't stock sizes other than standard entry door, allow 4 to 8 weeks for completion.
custom orders:
Our definition of a custom order is any entry way or door of unique design or size. Our
procedure for custom doors is as follows:
After receiving detailed drawings and specifications (pictures are always good),
and after all conversations necessary to ensure complete understanding,
a free quote will be given. If we are instructed to proceed with the construction
of a custom order, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/2 of the total
cost of the order prior to beginning work. Total payment is due when order is ready
for shipment.
Completion time for custom orders is usually 8 to 12 weeks, depending on
the size and complexity of the order. We do our best to accomodate orders with
deadlines.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
As of 01/26/05, due to interest in doors, we are unable to accept any custom orders
until further notice.
